PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be fully responsible for all systems, channel management and account management for the OTAs and Wholesale dynamic. The role works with the Revenue leader to provide revenue strategy and proposed actions for major accounts. Manage the hotel's information, rates and availability in all distribution channels to ensure data integrity and fully optimise booking opportunities.

100% sync with Cluster Hotels' Revenue Teams and Marketing team to deliver the best performance in the assigned channel on planned and tactical strategies.

1. Ensure the accurate and timely loading of rates and offers in line with hotel revenue strategies and promotions across all channels, including Bedbanks.
2. Maintain competitive rates and availability on OTAs and Bedbanks while effectively managing margins and rate parity.
