Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing

**What will I be doing?**
The Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing will manage and direct sales staff for **two All-Inclusive resort properties — Hilton Cancun and Hilton Tulum** , securing leisure, group, wholesale, and strategic account business while establishing long-term relationships with key partners and intermediaries. This position develops sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals, with a strong focus on **occupancy, mix optimization, and total resort revenue across both resorts** .
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to **the All-Inclusive resort operations of Hilton Cancun and Hilton Tulum** , including leisure, groups, weddings, wholesale, OTA and tour operator channels, interacting with clients and media, directing solicitation efforts, securing base and incremental dema...
