Cluster Manager - Gujarat

Philip Morris India is hiring for the position of Cluster Manager – Gujarat. The role involves leading, managing, and developing the cluster by motivating the sales team, creating effective commercial sales plans, and ensuring successful execution of sales activities to achieve profitable volume growth and increased market share. The candidate will also coordinate with GPI to drive volume coverage, product range expansion, and smooth execution of new launches. Additionally, the role focuses on implementing the cluster’s business strategy to enhance both volume and point-of-sale visibility, in alignment with trade marketing and marketing teams.
