Cluster Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of handled branches to meet business goals.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
• Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
• Will handle South or North Areas

Job Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably Business Management
• With a minimum 2 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity
• Must be proficient in various office (ie: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
