We’re looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) services within a prison-based environment. If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for empowering individuals and ensuring high-quality career guidance, this could be the role for you.

Note: This role requires rigorous vetting, including an enhanced DBS check and prison security clearance. Candidates must also have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travel across multiple prisons within the cluster area.
