Job Description
Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional self-driven individual to join the GEMS (D01) department in Order Processing. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Providing proper patient care as per GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) regulations.
Attending training on pharmacy acts and GPP.
Compliance with the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) regulations.
Accurate capturing of prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication (as per SOP).
Handling of clinical discussions (under pharmacist supervision) and/or enquiries with patients and health care professionals or other SPN’s.
Resolve rejections and prioritize adding scripts to WIP.
Attending to cluster and personal action diaries.
Compliance to SLA requirements (completing mailbox profiles, rejections, and action diaries within required timelines).
