Cluster Pharmacist Assistant (Gems D01)

Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional self-driven individual to join the GEMS (D01) department in Order Processing. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).

Primary Purpose of the Job:

• Providing proper patient care as per GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) regulations.
• Attending training on pharmacy acts and GPP.
• Compliance with the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) regulations.
• Accurate capturing of prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication (as per SOP).
• Handling of clinical discussions (under pharmacist supervision) and/or enquiries with patients and health care professionals or other SPN’s.
• Resolve rejections and prioritize adding scripts to WIP.
• Attending to cluster and personal action diaries.
• Compliance to SLA requirements (completing mailbox profiles, rejections, and action diaries within required timelines).
