Cluster Pharmacist Assistant (L02)

Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a self-driven individual to join the Order Processing Department as a Cluster Pharmacist Assistant (L02). The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).

Primary Purpose of the Job

• Accurate capturing of new prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication.
• Handling of inbound and outbound calls.
• Assisting on L02 group action diary mailbox and LIFEDA mailbox if required.
• Attending to INV, urgent, extreme urgent, and WIPCORE actions.
• Attending to personal out of WIP report.
• Attending to emails from production or any other department.
• Care must be taken when capturing prescriptions as to the correct profile, client, medical aid and membership number, address, contact details, and relevant information.
• To authorize medication and interact with healthcare professionals when needed.
