Cluster pharmacist assistant (l02)

Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a self-driven individual to join the Order Processing Department as a Cluster Pharmacist Assistant (L02). The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).
Primary Purpose of the Job
Accurate capturing of new prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication.
Handling of inbound and outbound calls.
Assisting on L02 group action diary mailbox and LIFEDA mailbox if required.
Attending to INV, urgent, extreme urgent, and WIPCORE actions.
Attending to personal out of WIP report.
Attending to emails from production or any other department.
Care must be taken when capturing prescriptions as to the correct profile, client, medical aid and membership number, address, contact details, and relevant information.
To authorize medication and interact with healthcare professionals when needed.
Claiming of scripts and any other claiming/capturing related procedures with emphasis on the MML.
