Cluster Pharmacist Assistant (M02)

Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional, self-driven individual to join the M02 department in Order Processing. The successful candidate will be based in Gezina (Pretoria).

Primary Purpose of the Job

1. Providing proper patient care in accordance with GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) regulations.
2. Attending training on pharmacy acts and GPP.
3. Ensuring compliance with the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
4. Accurately capturing prescriptions, both acute and/or chronic, as per SOP.
5. Handling clinical discussions (under pharmacist supervision) and inquiries with patients, healthcare professionals, or other SPNs.
6. Resolving rejections and prioritizing adding scripts to WIP.
7. Managing cluster and personal action diaries.
8. Complying with SLA requirements, including completing mailbox profiles, rejections, and action diaries within required timelines.
