Your Day-to-Day

Managing Guest Reservations & Inquiries

  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate details on room categories, availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Upsell packages and promote IHG One Rewards enrolments.
  • Manage waitlists to optimize room allocation.

Coordination with FO & Revenue Teams

  • Ensure reservation details are updated in the system.
  • Coordinate with Front Office to fulfil guest requests.
  • Support Revenue Team by monitoring occupancies and adjusting reservations as needed.

Ensuring Accuracy & Guest Satisfaction

  • Verify booking details, payment methods, and guest preferences.
