Job Description

 This market-leading hotel group has a fantastic opportunity available in Galway for a proven hotel sales dynamo. The Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for devising sales strategy, maximising sales potential and achieving revenue budgets across two properties. Reporting to the hotel General Managers and the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, key responsibilities will include:
 Plan and direct day to day operation of the sales & marketing function to ensure maximum revenue & profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service
 Plan & implement annual marketing expenditure per hotel focussing on overall business
 Execute quarterly activity plans to create focus for the team and adapt activity to support business needs of each hotel
 Develop and nurture relationships with key corporate clients through ongoing account management
