Job Description

The QCM Team-Structural/Civil Superintendent shall be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities of the high-rise project are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality standards. The role focuses on establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance and safety as tower in charge across all phases of construction.
Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities of high-rise residential buildings in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Ensure execution as per project milestones including structure, finishing, façade, and external development works.
Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
Ensure implementation of quality standards, inspection plans, and checklists at all stages of construction.
