Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MES / Extended MES solutions
• Support manufacturing processes and Industrial 4.0 integrations (IoT, automation)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Convert user requirements into technical specifications
• Prepare technical documents, SOPs, and user manuals
• Conduct UAT and provide training to business users
• Develop scripts, services, and dashboards for reporting and decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Provide 24×7 production support when required
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's / Professional Degree in relevant field
• 3–8 years of experience in software development or system support
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
