TEAM MANAGER – SALES
ROLE PURPOSE
As a Team Manager, you are fully accountable for your team's performance, culture, and revenue results.
You lead from the front, set the benchmark, and drive consistent execution across your team. Your focus is on performance delivery, coaching, accountability, and growth. You don't manage from behind a desk — you build high-performing teams through presence, action, and leadership.

You will develop talent, optimize daily performance, and ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly team sales performance
- Lead by example on the floor through active coaching and engagement
- Train, coach, and develop agents using live support, call reviews, and structured feedback
