CMM Programmer

Create / edit CMM program for ZEISS / HEXAGON CMM and operate CMM machine.

Able to troubleshoot CMM program error when inspection process.

Approves incoming parts / finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable parts.

Responsible for the identification, isolation and feedback of abnormal products to Dept Head in a timely manner and keep records.

Responsible for timely feedback of quality problems found during the inspection process, and no batch abnormalities.

Documents inspection results by completing reports.

Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Correct use and storage and maintenance of testing instruments.

Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
