CMM Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) — from programming to daily inspection.
• Ensure we achieve repeatable tolerances of ±0.01 mm or better across batches of 100 to 10,000 pieces.
• Keep our metrology lab organized, tools calibrated and records spotless for audits.
• Work closely with the Process Engineer and CNC Setters to solve quality issues as soon as they appear on the shop floor
• P

repare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and final QC certificates for our customers.

Job requirements

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a metrology lab, specifically with CMM programming and operation.
• You understand the difference between good enough and perfect when dealing with microns
• Able to explain technical errors clearly in English and Malay (Mandarin is a big bonus for HQ communication).
