CMM Programmer - Plant 3

This off-shift CMM Programmer will be in our Whitehall Casting Operation. Permanent off-shift hours are flexible to be 2nd, 3rd, or weekend crew. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

+ Write programs for Periodic and First Article Inspections.

+ Perform multi-piece part and die inspections using DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision Systems.

+ Perform general troubleshooting of CMM machine issues in a manufacturing environment.

+ Assist in training manufacturing CMM operators.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

+ High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

+ Minimum of three years general dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

+ Experience in general dimensional inspection including GD&T and have experience programming PCDMIS or Calypso.
