CMM Programmer

Job Description

• Create / edit CMM program for ZEISS / HEXAGON CMM and operate CMM machine
• Able to troubleshoot CMM program error when inspection process.
• Approves incoming parts / finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable parts.
• Responsible for the identification, isolation and feedback of abnormal products to Dept Head in a timely manner and keep records
• Responsible for timely feedback of quality problems found during the inspection process, and no batch abnormalities.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Correct use and storage and maintenance of testing instruments
• Cooperate with the company's overtime responsibilities according to the needs
