CMM Techinician

Perform FAI Report for new and modification parts

Consult QC Supervisor and seek for approval if quality is ambiguous

Maintain CMM room housekeeping, filing, jigs and CMM machine cleanliness

Monitor the CMM room temperature and humidity

Maintain the approval samples master list and measurement jigs master list

To support others section in QC Department

Accomplish task assigned by superior

Maintain the approval samples and jigs condition

Establish measurement program for in-process and finish goods

Make sure the standby compressor unit is workable

Back up the measurement program to external hard disc
