Cmm Technician

The CMM Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of products delivered to customers through the execution of control activities, adherence to customer procedures and specifications, and compliance with both customer and company quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections using CMM (PC‐DMIS), optical comparator, and vision systems.
Conduct final inspections according to procedures, drawings, and customer standards.
Execute source inspections (DSQR, DQR, DPRV, DIP, VIP) as required by customers.
Maintain valid certifications for all applicable customer inspection programs.
Assist in creating and updating inspection documents with the support of Quality Engineering.
Report and properly segregate non‐conforming products.
Support functional and visual evaluations of finished goods for compliance.
Assist in evaluating supplier‐designated scrap materials for final disposition.
