Cmms System Adoption Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the CMMS Project Lead, CMMS System Adoption Engineer will be responsible for maximizing the effective use of the CMMS across all operational offshore wind projects.

This role ensures that the system is consistently and correctly used, that maintenance processes are standardized, and that users are properly trained and supported. The position acts as the bridge between operational teams and the CMMS Development function, driving change management, user engagement, and continuous improvement of system utilization.
