Job Overview:
As the General Manager of Malaysia, you will be fully responsible for the overall business strategy, growth, and operations of the company in the Malaysian market. Your core mission is to lead the team in exploring new markets (particularly the U.S. market), building global brand influence, and achieving omni-channel (online + offline) sales and marketing objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate the national strategy for the Malaysian market and lead sales expansion and marketing plans for new global markets, especially the United States.
