CMOE & Mobilization Lead - Facilities Services

Role Purpose

The CMOE & Mobilization Lead is accountable for driving operational excellence for existing accounts, and leading end-to-end mobilization and transition of new and expanded IFM contracts. The role ensures consistent delivery of Sodexo's service excellence, safety, compliance, and client experience standards, while enabling smooth operational readiness from contract award through steady-state operations.

This role is critical in embedding company values, governance framework, safety culture, and people-first approach during transitions and transformations.
