CMOE & Mobilization Lead - Facilities Services

The CMOE & Mobilization Lead is accountable for driving operational excellence for existing accounts, and leading end-to-end mobilization and transition of new and expanded IFM contracts. The role ensures consistent delivery of Sodexo’s service excellence, safety, compliance, and client experience standards , while enabling smooth operational readiness from contract award through steady-state operations.

This role is critical in embedding company values, governance framework, safety culture, and people-first approach during transitions and transformations.
