Job Description
Lead research for the CMPA as the Physician Manager, guiding the Evidence Synthesis Unit in a hybrid environment. Collaborate with teams to drive patient safety and medico-legal risk reduction through evidence-based research solutions.
As part of the department dedicated to medical care safety insights, you will ensure the strategic direction of the research agenda and provide mentorship and oversight for junior researchers. Your role involves strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, budget management, and the development of high-quality publications to inform stakeholders and enhance clinical practices. Continuous improvement of research strategies and education programs will be integral to your work.
