Signal Reception: The company's monitoring center receives signals from a client's alarm system when a sensor is triggered (e.g., a door opening, motion detection, smoke detection).

Professional Operators: Highly trained personnel use specialized technology to monitor incoming signals and follow strict protocols for response.

Incident Response: If a genuine threat is confirmed, the operator initiates a rapid response. This includes:
