About the role

We are seeking a CNC Engineer to join our team at JCY HDD Technology Sdn Bhd, based in Tebrau Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our state-of-the-art CNC machines. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality components for our industry-leading hard disk drive technology.

What you'll be doing

1. Operating CNC machines to manufacture components to precise specifications
2. Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
3. Analysing production data and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
4. Collaborating with the production and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues
5. Providing training and guidance to operators on the proper operation of CNC machines
