Roles and Responsbilities

Manpower Deployment

CNC Machine Programming (Essential)

Daily setup and /Bending Drilling process monitoring

Line balancing

Monitoring/ Improving OEE

Knowledge of Machine Maintanance

Understanding of CAD Drowing

To maintain 5S on shop floor.

Knowledge of Poka Yoke.

Knowledge of Quality control checks

All documantation work related to Production

Skill Enhancement traning of Operator.

Involve in all the planning and activities

Daily Red Bin analysis

Reduction of in process rework and rejection

Handling the responsbilities of implemanting and monitoring production plans.
