Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Grinders (Schleifer / Rüster) to join a leading metal and bearing manufacturing company in Hessen, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, load, and operate CNC grinding machines with high precision and consistency
Perform self-inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
Accurately document production data and monitor KPIs via IFS/FA/1h charts
