CNC Machine Operator

Place of work : Ipoh Casting Sdn Bhd, Jelapang FIZ

Position will be full time Monday to Thursday 7am – 5pm & Friday 7am until 1pm commencing in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines for machining aluminium cast components. Machinery include machining centres and lathes.
• Load and unload aluminium cast parts into the CNC machine safely and efficiently.
• Set up fixtures and ensure correct part alignment before machining.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges.
• Deburr, clean, and remove sharp edges from machined aluminium parts.
• Ensure finished products meet drawing specifications and quality standards.
• Check for casting defects before and after machining.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, lubrication, and daily cleaning before and after operation.
