**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **CNC Machinist** to set up, operate, and maintain **CNC machinery** in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**
Set up and operate **CNC machines** based on blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
**Work with CNC lathes, grinders, multi-axis mills, and similar equipment**
Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and machine accessories
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality
Identify machining issues and adjust machine settings to maintain tolerance standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
