**2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
**Pay:** $37.00-42.00/hr

**What You’ll Do**


+ Set up and operate **lathes, mills, grinders, and drill machines**
+ Read and interpret **blueprints, technical drawings, and specs**
+ Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials
+ Perform **precision measurements** (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure **tight tolerance compliance**
+ Adjust machine settings during production to optimize performance
+ Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, dimensions, machine errors)
