Job Description
Cook Compression delivers performance-critical solutions for machinery across the oil & gas industry producing products such as compression rings and compressor cases.
Our 2nd shift machinists start at $26-$28 depending on skill and experience + $1.50 Shift Differential and $1.00 raises each 6 months to top out pay of over $35/hr with a Quarterly Performance Bonus of up to $750.
$2,500 Sign On Bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment.
What does a Machinist do here at Cook?
A machinist sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders, to machine plastic or metal work pieces. Machinists will be able to work to exacting tolerances, determine speeds and feeds to produce quality products.
