Job Responsibilities

• Manufactures or machines products as per specification by operation of computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines
• Produce products as per production schedule.
• Program, set up and operates Computer Numerical Control machine.
• Prepare process sheet, tooling selection and cutting parameter for precision machining of metal and engineering plastic
• Maintain machine, tooling, jig and fixtures
• Maintain and sustain good housekeeping at all time (5S) in the respective area
• Measure and inspect quality of product by using quality inspection and measuring equipment
