CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC Milling/ Turning / Wirecut / EDM Sinker Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
• Setup, operate and maintains measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for inspection.
• Assist Department Manager on new products development and fabrication
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time.
• Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements.
• Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on Machine.
• Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issue.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificates, Diploma In General Machining or equivalent.
