CNC Machinist Setting Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Setting Operator to join our skilled team at ESQUIRE'. Based in Batu Maung, Penang, this full-time role is responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of our high-performance CNC machines.

What you'll be doing

1. Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components and parts
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
3. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
4. Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements
5. Maintain detailed records of machine operations and production data

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Setting Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong technical knowledge of CNC machine programming, set-up and operation
