Job Description

• 70% Performs all Machining and functions. Performs frequent and complex CNC/mill and lathe setup/operations to produce quality parts based on provided specifications. Performs setup/operations on specialty machines.
• 20% Training and Continuous Improvement. Trains others on Level I, II & III Machining skills through on the job training; creation of OJT materials, acts as tour guide and induction mentor. Maintains safety practices related to machining; (wear protective clothing, eyeglasses, as required). Participates in set up reduction/process improvement teams to increase pr...
