+ Set up CNC machines according to engineering blueprints.
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
+ Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance on machines.
+ Modify CNC programs as needed using CAD/CAM software.
+ Interpret and apply G-Code and M-Code for machine operations.
+ Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and understanding.
+ Work with tight tolerances and precision components.
+ Identify and resolve machining issues promptly.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
+ Operate Sparking EDM machines for tooling and repair projects.
