Job Responsibilities: CNC MAZAK) 1. Machine Setup & Tool Setting / 机台设定与对刀
. Responsible for tool setting, tool length and radius offset setting for Mazak Mill-Turn machines. 负责 Mazak Mill-Turn 机台的刀具对刀、长度及半径补正设定。 . Set and manage tool offsets, tool life, and tool numbering. 设定与管理刀补、刀具寿命及编号。 . Ensure correct setup of spindle, B-axis, C-axis, and live tooling. 确保主轴、B 轴、C 轴及动力刀座设定正确。 2. Program Verification & Trial Run / 程序确认与试跑 . Check Mazatrol / EIA programs against drawings before production. 生产前核对 Mazatrol / EIA 程序与图纸。 . Conduct first article setup and trial cutting. 负责首件设定与试切。 . Adjust cutting parameters to ensure stable machining. 调整切削参数,确保加工稳定性。 3. Fixture & Workpiece Setup / 工装夹具与工件设定 . Install and align chucks, collets, soft jaws, fixtures, and centers. 安装并校正卡盘、夹头、软爪、治具及顶针。 . Set work offsets (G54-G59) and ensure proper alignment and runout control. 设定工件零点(G54-G59),确保同心度与跳动控制。 4.
