Job Description

We are  a growing manufacturing team seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up / Operator to produce high-quality precision components in a clean, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, benefits, and long-term stability.

Pay: $28-$30+/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Mills using Haas and Fanuc controls
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
Monitor machine operation and make offsets or adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
Perform trial runs to verify machine settings and program accuracy
