CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator (3/4/5 Axis)
South Oxfordshire | Permanent | £35,000-£50,000
Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join an established and growing engineering company in the South Oxfordshire region.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
- Strong experience working with 3, 4 and 5-axis machines
- Proven experience with Heidenhain controls (essential)
- Experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous
- Experience with Doosan, Matsuura, or Mazak machines preferred
- Background in medical, semiconductor, or nuclear sectors beneficial (all precision engineering backgrounds considered)
- Strong focus on quality and right-first-time manufacturing

- Permanent, full-time position
- Standard day shift hours
