CNC Milling Machine Programmer Operator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiar with Mastercam programming system
• Familiar with FANUC controller CNC machine
• Read and understand blueprint designs
• Set up machinery for production
• Rework metal to create the blueprint design
• Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Complete routine maintenance of their machinery
• Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience with 5 years hands on experience in operating CNC Milling Machine
• Having adequate knowledge in CNC programming (FANUC, Mastercam)
• Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprint
• Academic qualification in CNC machining/Manufacturing/Mechanical field
• Good written & verbal communication skills
