CNC MILLING MACHINIST

• Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
• Accurately plan the production method & create programs when advised by a supervisor to customers specification using available facilities
• Competently set & operate CNC MILLING machines using operating systems for each machine
• Undertake any offset or minor changes to program to produce quality components to drawing limits/customer requirements
• Plan & specify tooling requirements for production, including any jigs & fixtures or special cutting tools
• Do first inspection of the product before send to QA

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Fully skilled time served engineer/tool maker with 2 to 3 years of CNC milling experience
• CNC setter/operator with experience in CAD / CAM programming
• Used to working to fine tolerances with all materials
• Able to interpret engineering drawings
• Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
