CNC Operator and Milling

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience operating and setting CNC milling machines
• Experience working on Fanuc and Haas control systems (essential)
• Minimum 3 years milling experience (trade certificate advantageous but not essential if milling experience is strong)
• Experience operating and setting up milling machines independently
• Ability to work to tight tolerances

Technical Requirements:

• Must have experience working within tolerances of 0.01mm
• Experience working within 0.03mm is acceptable
• Experience above this tolerance range will not be suitable
• Experience on 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machines
• 5-axis experience is highly advantageous
