Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining fiber laser machines to be properly and precisely cut.
• Selecting appropriate cutting parameters
• Continuous checking and observing whole cutting process to identify/address any issues.
• Responsible for basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Familiarity with computer aided design and manufacturing software
• Ensuring safety and quality adhering safety protocols maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Keeping records of machine settings, material usage and production output.
