We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. As a full-time CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, utilizing your expertise to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components according to precise specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to maintain their optimal condition
• Carefully review work orders and blueprints to understand production requirements
