CNC Operator

About the role
BURN  is looking for a CNC Operator who will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality production tools, jigs, fixtures, and prototype components. The role works closely with the Tooling and NPD/NPI teams to ensure precision machining, quality compliance, efficient machine utilization, and continuous improvement of tooling processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Set up jobs on the CNC Machine

+ Read and interpret CNC programs and technical drawings.

+ Generate toolpaths for CNC Machining

+ Carry out quality inspection for machined parts.

+ Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.

+ Responsible for keeping and updating cutting tool machine inventory.

+ Scheduling daily machining activities on the CNC Machine.

+ Working with the NPD & NPI team on tools review before machining....
