CNC Production Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC operators and technicians to ensure optimal productivity and quality
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CNC operations
• Collaborate with the planning and engineering teams to improve production processes and capabilities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations for team development and training

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, programming, and production processes
