Key Responsibilities:
- Program and optimize CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM for high-precision components.
- Read technical drawings and set up machines, tools, and materials according to specifications.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy and tolerance compliance.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs to improve efficiency.
- Support routine machine maintenance and work closely with engineers and production team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC Milling programming experience (precision/semiconductor preferred).
- Proficient in CAD/CAM and G-code
- Able to work with tight tolerances, engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
